A retreat day including plenty of silence, talks, multiple silent 20-minute meditations, multiple short walking meditations, and Q&A.
Suited to all levels of experience, from beginners to those with an established practice and understanding.
Accepting Your Nature
4 Week Course
Wed 11th Mar : 7:15pm to 8:45pm
Understand how to accept your own nature, learn self-acceptance and self-love and make that part of an effective daily practice.
All are welcome, with or without meditation experience.
Especially seekers looking for new accessible doors to mindfulness.
