Sun 10th Nov : 11:30am to 1pm
Basic theory & mindfulness techniques that can be applied in everyday life.
Those looking to apply mindfulness to daily life.
Beginners & those with experience in meditation and mindfulness.
End of Year Get Together
Sun 24th Nov : 10am to 1pm
Join fellow meditators from our hub for a chat, laugh, and bite to eat, and reflect on another year of practice together!
All are welcome, including friends and family.
