Zen Meditation Retreat
Sat 21st Sep : 9:30am to 3pm
Brief talks on Zen & contemplative practice, instruction on how to meditate, silent 20-minute breath meditation and a short Q&A.
Suited to all levels of experience, from beginners to those with an established practice and understanding.
3 Week Course
Sat 28th Sep : 1:45pm to 3:15pm
Tue 1st Oct : 7:30pm to 9pm
A practical guide on how to implement Buddha’s teachings in your own personal life.
Those looking to practically work towards ending the suffering in their life using Buddha’s teachings.
7 Week Course
Sat 19th Oct : 1:45pm to 3:15pm
Tue 22nd Oct : 7:30pm to 9pm
A methodical and structured process to help you gradually still your mind through transforming your emotions.
