3 Hours of Mindfulness
Friday 19th April : 10am (3 hr)
Join Nigel this Good Friday for an extended meditation experience.
Enjoy multiple 20-30 min Guided Meditations over the 3 hours, separated by short Walking Meditations, and comfort breaks every hour.
