A guided meditation and sound journey that promotes deep feelings of calmness.
All are welcome, with or without meditation experience.
1 Day Retreat
Sat 7th Mar : 9:30am to 3pm
A retreat day including plenty of silence, talks, multiple silent 20-minute meditations, multiple short walking meditations, and Q&A.
Suited to all levels of experience, from beginners to those with an established practice and understanding.
Learn Mindfulness Meditation
4 Week Course
Sat 7th Mar : 12pm to 1:30pm
Sun 8th Mar : 11:30am to 1pm
Learn how to meditate and become more mindful.
Suited to first-time & beginner meditators. And those looking to refresh their meditation practice.
