An Evening with

A talk, meditation and Q&A on the topics of mind and mindfulness.
Suited to all levels of experience, and those seeking a better understanding of the mind.
3 Hours of Mindfulness
Saturday 15th Jun : 1:45pm to 4:45pm
Enjoy multiple 20-30 min Guided Meditations over 3 hours, separated by short Walking Meditations, and comfort breaks every hour.
Suited to all levels of experience, from beginners to experienced meditators.
