Bringing Mindfulness Into Daily Life
5 Week Course
Sunday 8th Sep : 11:30am
Basic theory & mindfulness techniques that can be applied in everyday life.
Suited to those looking to apply mindfulness to daily life.
And beginners & those with experience in meditation and mindfulness.
An Evening with
Master Behram Ghista (India)
Monday 9th Sep : 7pm to 9pm
A talk on awareness, spirituality, and the golden opportunity within ourselves.
Suited to all levels of experience.
Zen Meditation Retreat
Saturday 21st Sep : 9:30am to 3pm
Brief talks on Zen & contemplative practice, instruction on how to meditate, silent 20-minute breath meditation and a short Q&A.
Suited to all levels of experience, from beginners to those with an established practice and understanding.
