She has a unique way of relating spiritual experience to the laws of nature to better help others reconnect with their own essence and the essence of life.

She draws on her mindful learning from many of her and others life experiences, plus from a wide range of knowledge accumulated from many years of self-development practices.

Sessions usually include a meditation and the sharing of wisdom, questions and sharing from others is always welcome.

These sessions may help you reconnect with the spark of life.

Didgeridoo
Sound Meditation

45 min per week


Guillaume uses a mix of guided meditation and the sound of his didgeridoo to help guide you into a deep sense of relaxation, inner balance and harmony.

The didgeridoo’s unique sound and its wide range of low frequency sound waves enables listeners to quickly and easily achieve deep meditative brainwave states of theta and delta.

It is in these brainwave states that we may achieve our highest healing potential for both physical and mental health by re-engaging our mind body connection.

The didgeridoo is played for 5 to 10 mins at the beginning and end of the guided meditation.

Within the guided meditation Guillaume will take you on a journey to help you “press pause” and find inner-balance and harmony within.

Guillaume draws on a variety of experience including several years of meditation and relaxation session facilitation.
