Their sessions offered on this page are alternatives to MMH’s core teachings.

Finding Your Path & Practice

We are each unique in the way we choose to view, understand, develop and interact with our own mind, body and life experiences.

Within the sphere of Mindfulness and Meditation numerous tools and techniques exist.

You may find that some techniques complement your practice whilst others distract you from your practice.

This is part of the practice itself, developing the correct view in knowing what you are setting out to achieve and which tools and techniques are most suitable to assist you on your path.

Core MMH Services

The current core Mindfulness Meditation Hub’s (MMH) Learn Courses & Guided Classes are designed to teach individuals how to concentrate and calm their mind and experience greater joy and wisdom through using simple mindfulness meditation techniques.

MMH currently teaches Mindfulness Of Breathing, and the supplementary techniques of Metta (Loving Kindness), Walking & Noting techniques to assist meditators achieve this.

The Group Sessions provide an opportunity for meditators to practice their mindfulness meditation silently in a shared space with others.

Additional core MMH services and sessions will be added in the near future.

Anna’s practice is to realise ultimate reality through understanding, experiencing and being in greater control of the processes of creation, form and structures of energy and mind.

She draws on vast and varied tools and techniques ranging from simple to advanced meditation techniques, the setting of intentions, visualisations, energetics (chakras, resonance, energy flows and fields), and so much more.

Sessions will cover a broad range of unique topics and tools to assist you in unlocking your inner magic to be the creator of your own destiny.

Ultimately to connect to the stillness within.

Mignon’s practice centers around the life force of breath.

She has a unique way of relating spiritual experience to the laws of nature to better help others reconnect with their own essence and the essence of life.

She draws on her mindful learning from many of her and others life experiences, plus from a wide range of knowledge accumulated from many years of self-development practices.

Sessions usually include a meditation and the sharing of wisdom, questions and sharing from others is always welcome.

These sessions may help you reconnect with the spark of life.

Duration : Monday - 12:30pm (1 hr)
