In Om Mantra meditation, the two great spiritual possessions that belong to us – breath and sound – are combined to form a comprehensive meditation technique

Repeating a mantra helps to transcend all mental activity and experience the ‘source of thought’, which is said to be pure silence, ‘pure awareness’ or ‘transcendental being’, the ultimate reality of life.

The Six Phase meditation is designed by Vishen Lakhiani based on his practice, this Envisioning Method is a distillation of hundreds of books on personal growth and designed to create the most remarkable transformation in your state of being.

Heartfulness Meditation is a simple and practical way to experience the heart’s unlimited resources, using relaxation and meditation to connect to your inner being.

By tuning in to our heart, we learn to be centered in our highest self. Strengthen that connection and cultivate an inner knowing that wisely directs and guides our lives. Grow to face the challenges of life with courage and acceptance. Live by the heart, and become what we’re meant to be.

Feel the lightness and joy of your true nature. Heartfulness Meditation is simply taking the time every day to tune into that internal presence. In a short while, you’ll learn to remain connected to that gentle support throughout the day. There are no prerequisites other than basic mental health and an attitude of openness and wonder.

The Heartfulness Meditation sessions are run by Sri & Mini.

Mirrors
Meditation

Mirrors are based on the principle that everything in the external world is simply a reflection of our internal state of being.

If you accept others they may start to accept you, if you love others they may start to love you, if you respect others they may start to respect you. Most people will simply reflect back apart of you sometimes that is beautiful and sometimes hard to look at.

We could also say that nature is a reflection of human consciousness.

As you look within you’ll ease the judgments you have and be able to accept things as they are and this is where the change starts to happen easily, effortlessly and gracefully.

The change always happens within.

Come and explore your soul and find whats in there.
