For those looking to dive deeper into certain aspects of what we covered in the Accepting Your Own Nature course.
Specifically troubleshooting our challenges with our own mindfulness.
We will cover how to practise curiosity and vulnerability, and how to integrate these principles into a daily practice that is personal, effective and fulfilling.
These classes would be ideally suited to those who have attended the Accepting Your Own Nature course and are already familiar with he course content, key concepts, and are looking for growth and improved mindfulness.
Even though these sessions are ideally suited to people across the content covered in the Accepting Your Own Nature course, if someone comes with curiosity and willingness to learn, then there is a lot of value to be had.
Every time we meet, we will build on the core concepts covered in the initial course, and introduce some deeper concepts.
We will focus on how to make these concepts personal and meaningful.
Together we will practice the art of connection, and vulnerability through sharing, curiosity at our discomforts and mindfulness of our expectations.

|Class Fee :||We operate on a Pay From Your Heart basis.|
We recommend a minimum $10 per person per class.
Paying more than this helps cover those that cannot afford the suggested amount.
