What Is Covered

This class aims to offer wisdom to assist you in your journey of life.

It brings together an awareness and support for your body and mind, and for spirit.

Skills and techniques will be used from various cultures, as well as new information.

In this class the meditation and mindfulness are presented in a neutral way.

A class typically includes :

  • Settle, Welcome & Introduction – to help you in relaxing into the class.
  • A Topic Talk – for assisting your personal growth and awareness.
  • Meditation Instructions – for the quiet time. This may include posture, intention, breathing, mantra or affirmations.
  • Quiet Time (20 min) – an opportunity to put the instructions into practice.
  • Conclusion – summarising what was covered in the session.
  • Discussion – to answer any questions about your practice.

Potential Outcomes

The potential outcomes may include :

  • Developing or improving your mindfulness and meditation practices.
  • Greater harmony within yourself through becoming more whole as a person.
  • Improvements in your ability to care for yourself and others.
  • An increased awareness that you create your reality through your thoughts, intentions and choices. And how changes in them may alter your perception of your reality.
  • Less reactivity or being caught up in the story of life, through connecting more to your observant self.

Location :Mindfulness Meditation Hub, First Floor, 443 Vincent St West, West Leederville (Google Map)
Class Fee :We operate on a Pay From Your Heart basis.
Suggested Payment : $10 per person per class.
Paying more than this helps cover those that cannot afford the suggested amount.
Booking :No booking required, simply turn up and join a class.
Contact us if you have questions or if you prefer to let us know that you will be attending a mindfulness class.
What to bring :Yourself, friends, family, partners, work colleagues – all are welcome!
Comfortable clothing is recommended to assist you in relaxing.
Mats, cushions & blankets are provided. You are also welcome to bring your own meditation props should you prefer.
Chairs & stools are available for those unable to sit on the floor.
