“I found the course to be very informative, helpful and valuable. The information given during the class and in the course notes was easy to understand and follow. There was time for questions and Nigel made sure everyone felt at ease so they could participate verbally if they were comfortable doing so. I liked everything about the course, including Nigel’s style of teaching and his way of sharing his insights. I already feel benefits from practice during the classes and at home and realise the more my practice will improve over time.

I will recommend this course to friends and family and the Hub in general as the atmosphere there is wonderful. The teachers and volunteers are so helpful and the courses are structured perfectly. I have also completed a beginner’s yoga course at the Hub and will continue to participate in drop-in classes in both meditation and yoga.”Martin M.

“I really enjoyed the course and also the space. I had been doing guided meditations for a few years but never really understood. The course was a great balance of education and practise, I really enjoyed the discussion and I have great tools to help develop a regular practise.”Jasmin H.
“Awesome course content, and Nigel was a great facilitator. Loved all aspects of the course. The location and room was great.”Linda F.
