You too can Get More Involved!

Mindfulness Meditation Hub is a community of individuals who come together to support each other with their Mindfulness & Meditation practice.

Our hub is fully run by volunteers who facilitate sessions and handle the daily managing and running of the hub.

Would you like to volunteer some of your time or skills to help us better do what we do.

The following are a list of volunteer roles currently available :

MMH Welcomer

The Welcomer is the first person that people interact with as they enter and communicate with our Hub.

Duties of the Welcomer include welcoming people & assisting them with session checkin, payments, questions, and so forth, plus a few light cleaning tasks.

An average volunteering time slot for a Welcomer is 2 hrs, performed either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.


Help us keep our hub space clean.  Light duties include dusting, vacuuming and moping.

Facilitators to run Sessions, Classes or Courses

Would you like to :

  • Guide a meditation/mindfulness class/session; or
  • Run a course/information session to share your knowledge and experience; or
  • Facilitate a support group to provide a space to support each other and evolve your practice together as a group; or
  • Some other offering that we haven’t considered as of yet that you feel would be of value to the community;
