What is Meditation?

Meditation is a training exercise for the mind. It helps us develop a steadier and deeper concentration that ultimately allows us to experience inner peace, stillness and clarity of mind.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a cultivated state of attentive awareness developed parallel to meditative concentration. It helps untangle and open our mind to better observe and understand our thoughts and reality rather than be constantly engaged in them and unaware.
