This Mindfulness Course provides an introduction to meditation and mindful living practices.

Sessions provide basic theory and mindfulness techniques that can be applied in everyday life and include the opportunity to practice and discuss the techniques.

The benefits of Mindfulness are many and proven, however, they require effort and commitment. Whilst the sessions are both informative and practical, participants seeking to realise the benefits of mindfulness should be prepared to commit time between sessions to practising the techniques and to reflect on their experiences.

Each session is run by Nigel and will cover a specific topic and include a meditation practice.

Duration : 4 weeks - 1 hr class each week.

Comfortable clothing is recommended to assist you in relaxing.
Mats, cushions & blankets are provided. You are also welcome to bring your own meditation props should you prefer.
Chairs & stools are available for those unable to sit on the floor.
