Tai Chi & Qigong
Movement Meditation Perth

1 hr classes each week

Tai Chi & Qigong movement meditation to harmonise the body and calm the mind.


Suited to :

  • All levels of practice, with or without Tai Chi, Qigong or meditation experience.
  • And meditators preferring to use movement to support their practice.

Class Times :

Mondays – 8pm (1 hr) – [with Hooman]

Saturdays – 8am (1 hr) – [with Thomas]
