By tuning in to our heart, we learn to be centered in our highest self. Strengthen that connection and cultivate an inner knowing that wisely directs and guides our lives. Grow to face the challenges of life with courage and acceptance. Live by the heart, and become what we’re meant to be.

Feel the lightness and joy of your true nature. Heartfulness Meditation is simply taking the time every day to tune into that internal presence. In a short while, you’ll learn to remain connected to that gentle support throughout the day. There are no prerequisites other than basic mental health and an attitude of openness and wonder.

The Heartfulness Meditation sessions are run by Sri & Mini.

Suited To :All are welcome, with or without meditation experience.
Session Fee :We operate on a Pay From Your Heart basis.
Suggested Payment : $10 per person per session.
Paying more than this helps cover those that cannot afford the suggested amount.
Location :First Floor, 443 Vincent St West, West Leederville
How To Book :No booking required, simply turn up and join the session.

What to bring :Yourself, friends, family, partners, work colleagues – all are welcome!
Comfortable clothing is recommended to assist you in relaxing.
Mats, cushions & blankets are provided. You are also welcome to bring your own meditation props should you prefer.
Chairs & stools are available for those unable to sit on the floor.

Yoga Nidra
Meditation

1 hr session per week


Yoga Nidra is a specific yogic meditation practice to help calm the mind and body. It helps turn the attention inwards through withdrawal of the senses.

It can produce a conscious deep relaxation that is restful and rejuvenating.

You may find Yoga Nidra is a great preparation exercise for your meditation, especially if you are busy, stressed or usually find meditation difficult.

This session will usually commence with simple breath work, then flowing into a Yoga Nidra meditation practice.

Duration :Wednesday - 7:30pm (1 hr)
