By tuning in to our heart, we learn to be centered in our highest self. Strengthen that connection and cultivate an inner knowing that wisely directs and guides our lives. Grow to face the challenges of life with courage and acceptance. Live by the heart, and become what we’re meant to be.

Feel the lightness and joy of your true nature. Heartfulness Meditation is simply taking the time every day to tune into that internal presence. In a short while, you’ll learn to remain connected to that gentle support throughout the day. There are no prerequisites other than basic mental health and an attitude of openness and wonder.

The Heartfulness Meditation sessions are run by Sri & Mini.

Duration : Saturday - 5pm (1 hr)

Suited To : All are welcome, with or without meditation experience.
Session Fee :All courses, classes & sessions operate on a Pay What Your Heart Feels basis.
Location : First Floor, 443 Vincent St West, West Leederville
How To Book :No booking required, simply turn up and join the session.

What to bring :Yourself, friends, family, partners, work colleagues – all are welcome!
Comfortable clothing is recommended to assist you in relaxing.
Mats, cushions & blankets are provided. You are also welcome to bring your own meditation props should you prefer.
Chairs & stools are available for those unable to sit on the floor.

Dru Meditation

4 Week Course - 1.5 hr class per week


Dru’s approach to meditation will help to balance you, no matter how you are feeling. If you are agitated, Dru Meditation will bring you calmness. If you are feeling exhausted, it will give you energy. If you are feeling anxious, it will bring you peace.

Dru Meditation utilises movement and relaxation to prepare the body and mind, laying the groundwork to make your meditation deep, relaxing & effortless.

In this 4 week course you will learn:

  • Dru’s unique Energy Block Release foundation sequence which reduces physical tension, calms the emotions and clears distracting thoughts from the mind.
  • The art of deep relaxation.
  • How to sit for meditation – the balance between alertness and relaxation.
  • Breathing techniques to calm and balance the mind.
  • Various concentration practices, leading to meditation.

The Dru team is an energetic and fresh-thinking group of inspired individuals who aim to inspire a naturally healthier way of living for everybody, from young to old, from all walks of life. Founded upon the ideal of making a positive contribution to the world in which we live, we operate as a not-for-profit. With yoga and meditation at our core, we also care deeply about nutrition, therapeutic remedies and relieving the stresses of everyday living.

The Dru Meditation course is run by Aileen.

Duration : 4 weeks - 1.5 hr class each week.
Suited To : Individuals looking to relieve stress and anxiety through mindful movement and concentration.
New and beginner meditators.
Individuals looking to deepen or enhance their meditation and mindfulness practice.
