Why Group Meditation?
Have you regularly heard meditators say that “nothing beats a good group meditation” !?
Meditating together as a group magnifies and strengthens our personal and group meditation and mindfulness practice.
This helps us reach depths of meditative concentration in group meditation sessions that can usually take many hours of solo meditation practice to experience.
These depths of meditative concentration can assist us in developing our states of mindfulness and experiencing longer lasting states of peace, tranquility, equanimity and many other benefits within our daily lives.

Attending a regular group meditation session can help provide you with the motivation to keep up with your regular personal meditation & mindfulness practice.

Join us for one or more of the following perth meditation group sessions.
Our group meditation sessions are non-guided, we sit in silence for 45 mins to develop our own personal practice together in a group with others.
Optionally join us after each session for a tea or coffee in the meditation room.

If you are a complete beginner you may wish to first attend our Learn Course or Guided Classes.

Comfortable clothing is recommended to assist you in relaxing.
Mats, cushions & blankets are provided. You are also welcome to bring your own meditation props should you prefer.
Chairs & stools are available for those unable to sit on the floor.
