A brief introduction, meditation instructions, guidance on correct posture, 2x 15min silent meditations, 3min stretch or walking meditation, and a Q& A.
Suited to all levels of experience, especially beginners & those wishing to connect to their spiritual self.

What Is Covered

  • An Introduction – to meditation including how it can help you get in touch with, and better appreciate, the true nature of your spiritual self.
  • Meditation Instructions – on how to meditate in silence to experience the benefits of longer meditation sits for better connection with your spiritual self.
  • Guidance on correct Meditation Posture – a more comfortable meditation posture may assist the body in sitting for longer periods.
  • Two Silent Meditations (15 min each) – an opportunity to put the instructions into practice.
  • Stretch or Walking Meditation (3 min) – separating the two silent meditations, to help relax the body and help you experience the peace and benefit from a longer meditation.
  • Q&A – the session concludes with a short Q&A and comments, plus motivation to assist you in developing and continuing a regular home practice..

David has been meditating regularly for many years and meditates to be in touch with, and guided by, his spiritual self.

Through a regular practice he has noticed many differences in the way he feels and a greater compassion for others.

This motivates him to inspire people to try meditation practice and experience changes in their own lives.

Booking :No booking required, simply turn up and join a class.
Contact us if you have questions or if you prefer to let us know that you will be attending a mindfulness class.
What to bring :Yourself, friends, family, partners, work colleagues – all are welcome!
Comfortable clothing is recommended to assist you in relaxing.
Mats, cushions & blankets are provided. You are also welcome to bring your own meditation props should you prefer.
Chairs & stools are available for those unable to sit on the floor.
